Sleek Blusher ǀ Pomegranate ǀ Review

Having only tried the sleek blush by 3 palettes before I decided it was time to try a single blush, I actually went into Superdrug to get the new vintage romance collection eye shadow palette and blusher however they are not out in stores till late September so I ended up leaving with the blusher pomegranate.

available at superdrug and the sleek website for £4.49
Pomegranate is described as “Blush in Pomegranate is a golden berry ideal for medium to dark skin tones and offers a subtle highlighting shimmer” on the sleek website and I do agree with this description. There is shimmer but it is subtle so just gives a subtle highlight to the cheeks without looking overly glittery.

I fell in love with this colour because it just felt so autumn like to me (as most berry coloured things do) and I currently love autumn stuff. It is a very pigmented formula and I can see why it is suggested that this is perfect for medium to dark skin tones as the dark colour could possible look a little too dark against lighter skin tones however I have a skin tone I class as between light and medium and as long as I don’t use to much product and blend it out properly I find it looks perfectly fine.
blended out is the bottom one
I think this will soon become one of my favourite blushers out of my collection and I can imagine it been something I gravitate towards throughout autumn and possible even winter.
Overall this is a definite 8/10 for me so far although I am still testing the longevity of the product on my combination skin and will update with that soon.
