I have hated lip glosses for a long time; the feel on the
lips, the texture and even the way they look. I really just disliked lip gloss.
Don’t get me wrong I’ve tried millions of times with
different makes and colours and before know the closest thing to a lip gloss
that I have liked is the Rimmel Apocalips. However that has all changed know.
I picked up the Tanya Burr lip gloss in Afternoon Tea
because I really wanted to try something from her range and there was only the
nail varnish shades that I didn’t think I would wear often left so I picked up
a lip gloss on the hope that I would like it.
The colour is a pretty pinkish nude which is the perfect for
everyday use and the formula is amazing it doesn’t feel sticky on the lips and
I forget I’m wearing it sometimes because it feels natural. It also lasts
really well, I wouldn’t expect it to last through a meal but it does pretty
well.
The packaging is also really pretty and I love the little heart on the top.
Tanya Burr was the first YouTube I really watched on a
regular basis and I’m so happy for her for getting this lip gloss and nail
range. I plan on getting more of the lip glosses and trying the nail varnishes
in the near future but for now I’m happy to of found a lip gloss that I actually
like.
